Broken chairs, collapsing ladders, slippery floors and defective doors are just some of the hazards that can cause serious mishaps in the workplace.

If you’ve suffered some kind of accident in the office or factory then you may be entitled to compensation. Stricter legislation from Europe has meant that the onus is on employers to keep their premises as clear as possible of things that could cause a slip, a trip or a fall. This has reduced the number of workplace accidents, but they do still keep happening.
