Mc vs T
Male aged 8 at time of the accident sustained multiple fractures (tibia, humerus, radius and ulna, scapula, jaw and pelvis). Client made a miraculous recovery and is now back in full time employment following this accident. At settlement client was 21 years old and the case settled for £61,220.

Mc vs M
Male aged 65 involved in a serious RTA where the guilty party fled the scene. Client developed problems with speech and was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease some 6 months post accident. We discovered that the Motor Neurone Disease was connected to the accident. Client passed away 16 months post accident and case is ongoing with MIB. Counsel have valued case at £210,000.

P vs BT
Mr P was riding a motorcycle when a van turned into his path. He ran into the van causing serious pelvic injuries which would not heal. He was in constant pain and would be unable to work in the future. An action of personal injury was raised and an award of £625,000 was achieved to reflect pain and suffering, past and future loss of income, cost of future care and assistance provided by his family.

M vs NHS Trust
The family sued the hospital which negligently treated Mr M. Mr M was admitted to hospital following an RTA. He underwent an operation which was successful. Post operation he developed a blood clot which was negligently treated and he subsequently died as a result. The family sued for their pain at their loss and the loss of income that Mr M would have brought to the family and the action settled at a figure of £60,000.
